Tens of Millions Recovered for LOCAL Accident Victims!
After a serious accident, accurate information matters. Below are the official government, court, and safety resources our team most often points clients to. These links open official third-party websites — Dean & Camper does not operate or control them, and a resource here is not legal advice for your situation. If you have questions about how any of it applies to your case, a free consultation is always available, 24/7.
Official statewide portals, the text of the law, and public records
The State of Florida’s official web portal and a central starting point for state agencies, public services, and government information.
The full, searchable text of Florida law, published by the Legislature. Includes the statutes that drive most injury claims — such as the deadline to file a negligence lawsuit (§95.11) and Florida’s no-fault/PIP insurance law (§627.736).
The state health agency. Useful for requesting medical and vital records (including death certificates for wrongful-death claims) and for verifying that a healthcare provider is licensed.
Search any Florida business or corporation by name. Helpful for identifying the legal entity, owner, or registered agent of an at-fault company after a crash or a slip-and-fall.
Crash reports, driver records, and federal recall information
Florida’s motor-vehicle agency: driver licenses, vehicle titles and registration, and driver-record information.
Request your official Florida crash report. The crash report documents the drivers, vehicles, insurance, and the officer’s narrative — usually the single most important first document in an injury claim.
The state law-enforcement agency that investigates many highway crashes. Troop contacts and information about reports and investigations.
The federal vehicle-safety agency: safety ratings, defect and recall information, and crash-prevention resources.
Enter your VIN to check whether your vehicle has an open safety recall — important when a defect may have caused or worsened a crash.
Court systems, local case records, and attorney verification
The official site of Florida’s state court system: court structure, a self-help center, approved forms, and how civil cases proceed.
Local court records for the Pensacola area. Search civil case dockets and access clerk services for cases filed in Escambia County.
The organization that licenses and regulates Florida attorneys. Verify that a lawyer is in good standing and access consumer legal resources.
A statewide service that connects the public with qualified Florida attorneys for a consultation.
Official links for our Alabama-based clients

Alabama’s combined public-safety agency: driver licensing, vehicle records, and how to obtain an Alabama crash report.
Licenses and regulates Alabama attorneys; verify an attorney’s status and find legal-help resources. (At our firm, Shane Dean is licensed to practice in Alabama.)
Our track record speaks for itself. We’ve recovered tens of millions for injury victims across the Gulf Coast.
